- Please register for the appropriate category below. All registrations are subject to the MWAA Board of Directors approval before being final. If you plan to solicit or recruit, you MUST register as a Vendor, Roaming Vendor or General Sponsor. If you are interested in being a Golden Wheat, Harvest Moon or Platinum Sponsor, please contact sponsorships@midwestacquirers.com and we will be happy to work with you. Sponsors at the Harvest Moon level and above are eligible for a larger booth space. All sponsors are included in the Passport Giveaway (if registered in time). The 2010 MWAA Vendor Hall is Sold Out. You may register as a Roaming Vendor, select the “Waitlist for Vendor Table” option in the Roaming Vendor category and be added to the vendor table waitlist. Vendor tables will become available as current registrations cancel. Waitlist vendor table’s will be assigned based on waitlist registration date. You will be contacted by the MWAA prior to the conference with either a vendor table assignment or to confirm your status as a Roaming Vendor.
