  • Please choose the category that best describes your registration level. All registrations will be reviewed prior to being approved. If the MWAA Registration Team determines that your registration level is inaccurate, you may be asked to register for a different category.

Exhibitor/Vendor Registration

  • Cost: $1,500.00

  • We are evaluating the status of our available tables. To secure a table, please register as a Roaming Vendor and choose the "Add Me To The Table Wait List" option. A vendor is classified by the products and/or services they sell. A refund will be given if the Waitlisted registration is granted a Table.

Roaming Vendor Registration

  • Cost: $2,000.00

  • A vendor company that chooses not to have an exhibit table. This is also the category to register for if you would like to get on our Table Waitlist.

Innovator/Exhibitor Registration

  • Cost: $2,500.00

  • Innovator registration is now CLOSED. Please consider an application for Innovator Status next year. Any company selling a product or service that has a significant innovation. MUST be pre-approved by the MWAA. Cut-off for Innovator Registration was June 15.

MLS Registration

  • Cost: $75.00

  • Merchant Level Sales Rep. Feet-on-the street individual sales rep or sales agent, including independent agents, direct sales for an ISO and sales rep for a bank.

Attendee/Industry Professional Registration

  • Cost: $300.00

  • Any non-MLS employee of a ISO/MSP firm that is attending but not soliciting or recruiting or any individual that is neither an ISO nor a vendor and is not exhibiting.

Financial Institution Professional/Attendee Registration

  • Cost: $300.00

  • Any individual that is an employee of a financial institution and is not exhibiting.

Non-Industry Guest Registration

  • Cost: $100.00

  • A non-industry individual/guest. This would include a spouse, student, or person learning about our industry.

Staff Registration

  • Cost: $100.00

  • This is the registration category for the MWAA Board of Directors and Advisory Board

Speaker Registration

  • Cost: $100.00

  • MWAA Speakers - pre-approved only
