SPONSORHIP APPRECIATION DINNER.
Each year at our annual convention, the MWAA Main Board and Advisory Board members host a special dinner to thank each of our sponsors for their very generous sponsorship and continued support. Without the sponsors' commitment to the success of the MWAA, we would not be able to host such an exceptional show, year after year.
As in previous years, each of our sponsors for 2012 will be invited to attend a "by invitation only" dinner hosted by the MWAA Tuesday evening, July 17, 2011. Platinum, Golden Wheat and Harvest Moon sponsors are encouraged to bring a total of two company representatives/attendees to the dinner. One company representative/attendee is encouraged to attend for General, Media and non monetary sponsors.
If you plan to be a 2012 MWAA sponsor, please make your travel arrangements accordingly so that you may attend this special event, designed with you in mind!
A personal invitation with all the details will be sent to all MWAA 2012 sponsors by June 17th, 2012.
